Parc Esta Buyer’s Stamp Duty has a few different variation.  It is payable on the purchase, sale or take over of properties in locally:

• Buyer’s Stamp Duty (BSD)
• Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD)
• Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD)

Buyer’s Stamp Duty (BSD) is payable on the purchae  and take over of any properties type in Singapore.  There are a few BSD rates in residential properties depending on the profile of the purchaser.
