Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) is entering into Paya Lebar Central and would be ready in the year 2019.  It is a big mega development, integrated with Grade A office space, retail space of estimated of 340,000 square feet (approximately 200 retail stores).  There will be residential component above the development.

The plot is under Lendlease and it is next to Paya Lebar MRT Station.  Anchor tenatn NTUC Fairprice Finest and Kopitiam, occupying more than 22,000 and 15,000 sqft of space will be operating in PLQ.

Parc Esta is fortunate to be just one station to Paya Lebar and will benefiting from this mega development in 2019 when it is ready.
